Kandi Comer Golf uses a variety of the latest golf instruction technology to enhance the teaching process with the goal of making learning easy and rapid. Kandi and her team of PGA instructors employ consistent teaching methods to help students grasp fundamental concepts and foster new understanding.
K-MOTION 3D SWING ANALYSIS
Kandi Comer Golf is one of the few academies in Central Virginia that uses K-Motion analysis in its lesson programs. Using lightweight sensors in key places on the body, students receive visual and audio feedback on how they move through the golf swing and discover ways that you could improve. The system leads to dramatic improvement through often tiny adjustments, such as the bend of the torso.
HIGH-SPEED VIDEO ANALYSIS
Instruction with video is a tremendous advantage in any form of teaching motor skills. Visual learning is the key to improvement. Kandi Comer Golf uses video to capture your golf swing and analyze it so that you can see exactly what is happening in your golf swing and begin to have the perspective to make the necessary changes.
At the end of each lesson, you will receive a text and or email with the video summary of your lesson so you can always have it as a reference point for practice sessions.
REDCORD FITNESS
Kandi Comer Golf offers golf fitness programs designed specifically for each student’s needs. After an evaluation of the student’s current abilities and goals, a custom fitness plan is created.
Under the direction Dr. Arthur Weltman, the use of Redcord—a highly effective and functional exercise technique—allows golfers to benefit from enhanced functional strength, increased joint stability, better range of motion, improved balance, and lower risk of injury.
