Kandi Comer Golf offers golf fitness programs designed specifically for each student’s needs. After an evaluation of the student’s current abilities and goals, a custom fitness plan is created.
Under the direction Dr. Arthur Weltman, the use of Redcord—a highly effective and functional exercise technique—allows golfers to benefit from enhanced functional strength, increased joint stability, better range of motion, improved balance, and lower risk of injury.
