Kandi Comer Golf offers golf fitness programs designed specifically for each student’s needs. After an evaluation of the student’s individuals needs and goals, a custom fitness plan is created.

Under the direction Dr. Arthur Weltman, the use of Redcord, a highly effective and functional exercise technique, will allow the golfer to benefit from enhanced functional strength, increased joint stability and range of motion, improved balance, and lower risk of injury.
