Kandi Comer Golf has an indoor practice facility and offers special winter improvement packages and golf-specific fitness programs so you can make huge gains and be ready to compete come spring. Every sport has an off-season, and golf is no different. It doesn’t make sense to still be trying to knock the rust off in the spring when it is time to play. Come see Kandi and her staff during the winter months and they’ll have you making lots of birdies all year long!
Kandi Comer Golf offers golf fitness programs designed specifically for each student’s needs. After an evaluation of the student’s individual needs and goals, a custom fitness plan is created. Using Redcord, a highly effective exercise technique, the golfer will enhance functional strength, increase joint stability and range of motion, improve balance, and reduce the risk of injury. Golfers can continue taking lessons throughout the winter months using a variety of technology tools, such 3D analysis software, K-Vest, to fine tune their swing while in the comfort of our warm, indoor practice area.
